INCOSPAR Full Form is Indian National Committee for Space Research
INCOSPAR meaning is Indian National Committee for Space Research. It is for the Indian Space Program and it was established by Dr. Vikram Sarabhai in 1962. At the initial stage, this committee was part of the TATA Institute of Fundamental Research. Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is also working under this committee.
